感染性休克患者两种药物治疗的临床效果研究

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of vasopressin and norepinephrine in the treatment of infective shock. Methods Thirty-six inpatients with infective shock in our hospital from March 2011 to June 2013 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods.18 cases in the observation group were treated with vasopressin for resuscitation,while 18 cases in the control group were treated with norepinephrine for resuscitation.The blood pressure,blood gas,liver and kidney function of two groups were monitored at the same time. Results The recovery success rate within 6h in the observation group(83.3%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(50.0%).The incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) in the observation group(27.8%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(61.1%).The mortality after 1 month of treatment in the observation group(16.7%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(50.0%).There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).There was not significant difference in the lactate concentration before the treatment between two groups(P>0.05).The lactate clearance rate at 12h,24h after the treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Compare with norepinephrine,vasopressin in the treatment of infective shock has higher recovery success rate and more significant improvement for tissue hypoperfusion or hypoxia,so it is worthy of application in clinic.关键词
