摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fissure sealant for the treatment of deciduous molar superficial caries of preschoolers. Methods 89 children in our hospital from March 2009 to April 2010 were selected as research objects,applied the basic principle of hemi oral design,the participants act as their own control,according to the random determination,divided into experimental group and control group,the side of the experimental group was coated with sealant,the other side of the control group was not coated with sealant,then observe the clinical effect. Results The side of the experiment group has less cavities than that of the control group, the probability of caries was 1.1%and 8.4%respectively,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of fissure sealant for the treatment of deciduous molar superficial caries in preschoolers is very good,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
