Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence on prognosis of the Patients with severe preeclampsia with hypoalbuminemia by intravenous human serum albumin to correct hypoalbuminemia,and Verify the Efficacy and safety of the treatment. Methods 126 patients whose gestational age between 32 to 34 weeks with severe preeclampsia with hypoalbuminemia,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,In experimental group,serum albumin of the patients supplement to no less than 30g/L and in control group,serum albumin only to about 20g/L, calculated cesarean section rate,rate of placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage rate,the rate of eclampsia,rate of fetal distress,rate of neonatal asphyxia,effects on liver and kidney function of the patients. Results In experimental group cesarean delivery rate,rate of placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage rate,the rate of eclampsia,rate of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia rate of the patient had obviously decreased,and has a tendency to reduce patients the incidence of acute left heart failure.Liver function and renal function did not worsen,but liver function had an improving tendency after one week compared with the control group. Conclusion In patients with severe preeclampsia with hypoalbuminemia,Intravenous human serum albumin to correct hypoalbuminemia is safe and effective.关键词
