某社区COPD患者生活质量及健康知识需求情况问卷调查
Questionnaire of the health-related quality of life and the demand for health knowledge for patients with COPD in a community

Abstract
Objective To analyze the health-related quality of life and the demand for health knowledge for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) through questionnaires, in order to further develop individualized nursing intervention program. Methods Survey the health-related quality of life of 136 cases with COPD using seattle obstructive lung disease questionnaire and the patient's mental status rating scales used Zung psychological evaluation. Using homemade scales to investigate the related knowledge patients knowed and demand. Results The health-related quality of life total score was (285.7±10.1);life skills score was (87.7±4.9), emotional function average score was (55.4±5.7), physical function average score was (66.9±5.3), treatment satisfaction Average score was (76.2±5.4). Patient anxiety score was (32.7±6.3), with three cases of anxiety;patients with depression score was (37.5±7.3), with 21 cases of depression. There is a certain degree of knowledge of the patients on disease prevention, self-care, etc, but in the psychological aspects of self-care knowledge awareness is relatively low.And patients were with a higher degree of knowledge requirements (82.3%-100.0%). Conclution The quality of life and psychological conditions in patients with COPD are bad.Although some patients to understand disease-related knowledge, but the demand was still large.It is very necessary for patients receiving individualized nursing intervention and health education.关键词
