骨关节结核的CT表现和鉴别诊断分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the osteoarticular tuberculosis CT manifestations and differential diagnosis. Methods The 43 cases clinical data of suspected osteoarticular tuberculosis patients which confirmed by CT scan and operation pathology in our hospital were analyzed. Comparison of CT bone destruction, soft tissue abscess, dead bone, calcification and operation confirmed results of observation were observed. Results There were no significant differences that 43 osteoarticular tuberculosis CT manifestations of bone destruction, soft tissue abscess, dead bone, calcification and operation confirmed. 21 patients with spinal tuberculosis were confirmed by operation type ,there were no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The CT can display the surrounding osteoarticular tuberculosis lesion and the Situation of osteoarticular periphery soft tissue,early and accurate diagnosis. CT can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the early treatment and operation scheme, which is well worthy popularizing.关键词
