Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of implementation of health education by using clinical nursing pathway on the compliance behavior of patients with diabetes after discharge from hospital. Methods The patients with type 2 diabetes from December 2011 to November 2012 in our hospital were divided into the traditional mode education group and the nursing pathway education group according to the different nursing methods, every group had sixty patients. The patients in the observation group were given the health education by using the clinical nursing pathway, while the patients in the control group were given the health education by using the traditional mode, and the patients in the two groups were said to have been accepted and mastered the content of instruction when discharged from hospital. The compliance behavior of patients were evaluated at the end of 6 months after discharge from hospital by the self-designed questionnaire. Results The compliance behavior questionnaire score showed that the compliance behavior of patients at the end of 6 months in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve the compliance behavior of patients with diabetes after discharge from hospital, improve the control ability of patients effectively, enhance the patient's awareness of diabetes, and which has positive significance on the dominance and stable of blood sugar.关键词
