Abstract
How to improve the college students'comprehensive qualities and to stimulate their interest and motivation of study is the eternal theme about college education.The predecessors had founded the base of the college education. And now,as the advance of society and human thought,we face the challenge again. The right way to evaluate the comprehensive qualities of college students is a new challenge which the college should be facing.Our college has drawn into the system of formative assessment.The department of Chinese Traditional Medicine of Pediatrics has divided the performance of students into 2 parts,the one is formative assessment which account for 30% and another is the final examination which accounts for 70%.For the formative assessment,the teachers should be enforcing the attendance,using classroom questions,assigning homework and enforcing self-discipline.The assessment of the college students'comprehensive qualities will be more scientifically through this process.关键词
