社区干预对高血压病治疗的作用分析

Abstract
Objective To explore community intervention role in hypertension treatment. Methods 546 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 273 cases. The observation group was received two-year health education, risk factor intervention and medication guide, the control group without intervention. Patients' blood pressure control, cardiovascular complication rate before and after the intervention of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group with blood pressure was 98.8%, obviously better than control group 78.2%, the difference has statistics significance (P<0.05);The incidence of cardiovascular events was 2.2%compared with the control group 6.6%, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Community intervention for hypertension treatment has more positive effect. It can improve the patient's blood pressure control rates, reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular complications and improve patient's quality of life.关键词
