微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石25例临床分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze effect of MPCNL in the treatment of upper urinary tract stones. Methods 50 patients from September 2010 to September 2013 were chosen to undergo the treatment of upper urinary tract stones in the author's hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups of the control group B and the treatment group A, with 50 cases in each one. The group B was treated with ureterolithotomy laparoscopic surgery and the group A was treated with MPCNL, the treatment effect of two groups were compared with serval indicators. Results Serval indicators of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion MPCNL in treatment of ureteral calculi of upper urinary has the advantage of trauma, quicker recovery, stones take the net rate, fewer complications,which worth of promotion.关键词
