摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of early enteral nutrition in the patients with radical operation for stomach carcinoma. Methods 60 patients with radical operation for stomach carcinoma in our hospital from July 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group included 30 cases in each group,the control group were given to total parenteral nutrition support,the observation group were intervened with early enteral nutrition,then the anal exhaust time,incidence of complications and body function recovery indexes before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. Results The anal exhaust rate of observation group at <24h and 24 to 36h were higher than those of control group,incidence of complications was lower than that of control group,nutrition and immune indexes at seventh and fourteenth day after the intervention were all better than those of control group,all P < 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The application effect of early enteral nutrition in the patients with radical operation for stomach carcinoma is better, and it can quickly promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
