摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss influencing factors of recurrence for primary hepatic carcinoma after curative resection. Methods Clinical data of 60 cases with primary hepatic carcinoma were retrospectivly analyzed. Recent and forward recurrences were followed up, and influencing factors were analyzed. Results After follow up, Child-Pugh, diameter of tumor, blood vessel invasion, TNM, discovered for syndrome, transfusion were influencing factors of recurrence for primary hepatic carcinoma after curative resection(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Diameter of tumor, blood vessel invasion, TNM, discovered for syndrome are influencing factors of recent recurrence for primary hepatic carcinoma after curative resection, and Child-Pugh and transfusion are influencing factors of forward recurrence.关键词
