中药穴位贴敷配合中药辨证内服治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效观察
Observation on clinical curative effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with syndrome differentiation of oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with syndrome differentiation of oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer. Methods 56 patients who were clearly diagnosed the middle and advanced primary lung cancer and belonged to "asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi, phlegm obstruction" in traditional Chinese medicine, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group had 28 cases. The patients of the treatment group were treated with the acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with syndrome differentiation of oral Chinese medicine treatment, while the patients of the control group were mainly treated with western medicine symptomatic and supportive treatment. The improvement of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of patients with middle and advanced lung cancer in the two groups were compared, and the Karnofsky score of patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment, and the quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The differences were not significant in the improvement of cough, expectoration, chest distress, short and rapid breathing symptoms of patients between the Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine control group, but the improvement of fatigue, anorexia, poor sleep, defecate symptoms, Karnofsky score and quality of life of patients in the Chinese medicine treatment group were significantly better than those in the Western medicine control group. The toxic side effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were not found in the treatment course. Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with syndrome differentiation of oral Chinese medicine can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms in patients with middle and advanced lung cancer, improve the quality of life, thereby prolong the survival time of patients, and is an effective treatment for patients with "asthenia of pulmonosplenic qi, phlegm obstruction" type of lung cancer, and has no toxic side effects and adverse reactions.关键词
