对男男性接触者（MSM）肛门尖锐湿疣患者进行健康教育效果观察
Observation of health education effect for men who have sex with men(MSM) with anal condyloma acuminatum

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of health education in prevention of STD / AIDS for the MSM with condyloma acuminatum. Methods 172 MSM with condyloma acuminatum who were diagnosed from August 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 86 cases.The control group received the routine treatment and routine health education guidance;while the observation group was given individual teaching and collective guidance,repeated systemic health education and behavior guidance.The situation of mastering the knowledge of the control group was evaluated by using self-designed questionnaire after the treatment,while that of the observation group was evaluated after three times of systemic health education; And the patients of the two groups were followed up for 6 months,and the recurrence of the two groups were observed. Results The situation of mastering the knowledge of the observation group after the health education was significantly better than that of the control group, the recurrence rate of the observation group within following 6 months was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Health education can effectively promote the use of condoms for the MSM with condyloma acuminatum, improve their knowledge of STD prevention and control, and plays positive role to prevent the recurrence of the disease.关键词
