Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of complete membrane excision and traditional radical surgery in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods 137 patients of colon cancer in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 were collected, who were randomly divided into 68 cases of the study group and 69 cases of the control group. The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, extubation time, length of stay, postoperative eating time, postoperative anastomotic leakage, postoperative remnants of stump tumors, and intraoperative lymph node resection of patients in the two groups were observed. Results The intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, extubation time, postoperative eating time and length of stay of patients in the study group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was 1 case of anastomotic leakage,2 cases of remnants of stump tumors in the study group, while there were 6 cases of anastomotic leakage,8 cases of remnants of stump tumors in the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The average number of lymph node and number of positive lymph node metastasis of patients in the study group were more than those in the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The complete membrane excision in the treatment of colon cancer has better clinical efficacy, less damage to human body, less complications, and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
