Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of L-amlodipine and amlodipine on serum hs-CRP and vascular endothelial function in patients with hypertension. Methods 80 patients with hypertension were selected from September 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital, who were randomly divided into the amlodipine group(group A) and the L-amlodipine group(group B), each group had 40 cases.The blood pressure, serum hs-CRP level and endothelin(ET) were measured before and after the treatment. Results The treatment total effective rate of the group A and B were 86.75% and 89.52% respectively. Compared with the group A after the treatment, the SBP and DBP of the group B decreased more significantly, the differences were statistically significant(P=0.048, 0.041, respectively), and the serum hs-CRP and ET level of the group B were markedly lower, the differences were statistically significant(P=0.006, 0.018, respectively). Conclusion Compared with amlodipine, L-amlodipine can significantly lower the blood pressure, significantly improve the vascular endothelial function to delay the progression of atherosclerosis.关键词
