膝关节骨性关节炎的中医手法治疗
The application research of Chinese manipulation on knee osteoarthritis patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of Chinese manipulation therapy on KOA patients. Methods 127 cases of KOA patients from July 2009 to January 2013 has been retrospectively chosen and divided in two different groups(61 cases of fumigation group and 66 cases of manipulation group). Their clinical effect was compared. Results On total effective ratio, manipulation group has statistical advantage than control group(92.2% vs 80.0%). As to recovery period, manipulation group is statistical shorter than control group(65.7% vs 30.0%). Conclusion As a comprehensive therapy, fumigation and manipulation with Chinese medicine, is an effective way to cure KOA patients and recovery. Meantime the comprehensive therapy is easy to implement and it should be widely used in primary hospital.关键词
