磁共振成像在子宫颈癌术前分期中的诊断价值

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in the preoperative staging of cervical cancer. Methods Thirty-five patients pathologically confirmed with cervical cancer in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 received MRI detection. Results MRI and cervical cancer presented high signal expression on T2WI. For the overall detection of cervical cancer related diseases, the MRI sensitivity was 85.71% (30/35). The sensitivity forⅠb above was 100%(35/35). The sensitivity of clinical staging was only 74.29%(26/35) and the sensitivity of Ⅰb above was 65.71% (23/35). Compared with MRI, there existed statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion MRI is obviously better than clinical staging for preoperative cervical cancer and can be used as the routine imaging examination method for cervical cancer.关键词
