摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the value of combined detection of serological indexes in the early diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The patients with breast cancer, patients with benign breast disease and health people conducted physical examination were selected as the observation group,the benign control group and the health control group respectively,and the levels of peripheral blood CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 were measured. Results The levels of CEA, CA125, CA153 and CA199 of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the benign control group and the health control group,and were positively correlated with the TNM staging; The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of four indexes were 93.33% and 91.25% respectively,and were higher than four indexes detection alone. Conclusion The levels of CEA,CA125,CA153 and CA199 are correlated with the TNM staging of tumor,and the combined detection of four indexes can increase the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity,and has active clinical value in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.关键词
