摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention for the elderly patients with hyperthyroidism treated with radioactive iodine131. Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to our hospital were given radioactive iodine 131treatment and relevant nursing intervention. And the patients were followed up within 12 months after the treatment in order to confirm the efficacy. Results Six months after the treatment,55 patients recovered and the other patients received second treatment.Twelve months after the first treatment,71 patients recovered,with the recovery rate of 84.5%,13 patients'disease conditions were under control,and 9 patients underwent hyperthyroidism. Conclusion For elderly patients with hyperthyroidism,the radioactive iodine 131 treatment has certain risk of complications, but it shows good efficacy generally and is of wide clinical application prospect.关键词
