腹腔镜结直肠手术48例临床分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of the laparoscopic colorectal surgery. Methods The clinical data of 48 cases with laparoscopic colorectal surgery from July 2009 to January 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the experiences were summaried. Results Among 48 cases, there were three cases who were converted to laparotomy.The intraoperative blood loss was about 50-220mL, and the average was (128.33±54.32) mL.The intestinal function recovery time was 24-89 hours,and the average was (48.52±12.85)h.The length of hospital stay was 8-15 days,and the average was (11.65±1.31)d.There were two cases of postoperative incisional hernia of abdominal wall,one case of anastomotic bleeding and one case of anastomotic stenosis,but no wound infection, intestinal leakage and operative death cases. Conclusion Laparoscopic colorectal surgery is safe and feasible,which has the advantages of small incision in the abdominal wall,low risk of infection, quick recovery of intestinal function and shorter length of hospital stay.关键词
