Abstract
Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of low incision operation in patients with thyrophyma. Methods 84 patients with thyrophyma in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected as research object, and 84 cases were divided into control group(conventional resection operation group) 42 cases and observation group(low incision operation group) 42 cases by method of random digits table, then the operation incision length, incidence of complications, incision healing situation and appearance of analogue scale results of two groups were compared. Results The operation incision length, incidence of complications, incision healing situation of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, and the appearance of analogue scale results at different times after the operation were better than those of control group too, all P<0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The clinical effect of low incision operation in patients with thyrophyma is better, and the appearance is relatively higher.关键词
