摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the change situation of serum and ear fluid HA and interleukin of patients with secretory otitis media. Methods 42 patients with secretory otitis media who were with diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from December 2011 to July 2013 were the observation group,42 healthy people at the corresponding time were the control group,then the serum and ear fluid HA and interleukin of observation group and serum HA and interleukin of control group were compared. Results The serum HA and interleukin of observation group were all higher than those of control group,the serum and ear fluid detection results of patients with chronic secretory otitis media were higher than those with acute secretory otitis media,and the detection results of ear fluid were higher than those of serum detection results,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion The serum and ear fluid HA and interleukin of patients with secretory otitis media show an abnormal state,and the indexes of patients with chronic secretory otitis media are more obvious,the detection levels of ear fluid are higher than those of serum levels,so it can be as the indexes of treatment and monitoring of treatment.关键词
