经皮撬拨内固定与切开复位内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效观察
Comparison of effect for calcaneal fractures by using the methods of PPFK and ORIF
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare of the effect for calcaneal fractures by using the methods of PPFK and ORIF. Methods 78 cases of patients with calcaneal fractures were randomly divided into two groups.The experiment group were treated by PPFK,the control group were treated by ORIF. The clinical effects,the score of Maryland, hospital stay,the incidences of complications,Bohlers angle and Gisanse angle were compared. Results The hospital stay of the treatment group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);The difference were not statistically significant between fineness rate,the score of Maryland and the incidences of complications(P > 0.05);The Bohlers angle and Gisanse angle were increased obviously(P<0.05),there was a significant difference than preoperative(P>0.05),there was not a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion It can improve the X ray index for calcaneal fractures by two surgery,it has no complications,and it with the same clinical effects.It has small wound and rapid recovery,it has clinical advantage.关键词
