摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of iron dextran oral liquid(IDOL) on pediatric nutritional iron deficiency(PNID) therapy. Methods 70 cases of PNID children who were admitted into our hospital from Sept. 2010 to Sept. 2013 were selected and divided into experimental group(35 cases) which treated with IDOL and control group which treated with ferrous sulfate oral liquid (35 cases), then compare the comprehensive effect of two groups. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group was obviously higher than control group (P<0.05), and the Hb, MCV, MCHC of experimental group was also obviously higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion IDOL has a good effect on pediatric PNID, and it worth to be promoted in clinical.关键词
