中西医结合治疗结节性痒疹疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with prurigo nodularis. Methods 92 patients with prurigo nodularis in our hospital from June 2009 to March 2013 were the research object,and 92 cases were randomly divided into control group(ingredient-altered Taohong Siwu decoction group)46 cases and observation group(ingredient-altered Taohong Siwu decoction combined with western medicine group)46 cases,then the total effective rates at first and second course after the treatment and pruritus degree before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates at first and second course after the treatment were obviously higher than those of control group,pruritus degree after the treatment were better than those of control group too,all P<0.05,the items of two groups had significant differences. Conclusion The clinical effect of the combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with prurigo nodularis os better,and it makes faster effect.关键词
