Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of MRI combined with CT in diagnosis of spinal metastases. Methods Retrospectively analyzed patients with spinal metastases in our hospital from July 2011-July2012 accepted imaging studies. To explore the sensitivity and accuracy of the joint MRI and CT diagnosis of spinal metastases. Results MRI and CT scan showed a total of 256 cases of spinal metastases lesions. MRI scan showed lesions of a total of 256 times (100%), the diagnosis of spinal metastases in 48 patients (96%); CT scan showed a total of 125 lesions (49%), diagnosed with spinal metastases in 27 patients (54%), the difference between the two groups statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion MRI and CT examination can effectively diagnosis of spinal metastases, and have positive significance for the early diagnosis and treatment, is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
