Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing safety problems of patients in department of cardiology and the corresponding measures to improve the quality of nursing of patients in department of cardiology. Methods The data of 80 patients in department of cardiology who were treated in our hospital from November 2011 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, and each group had 40 patients. The patients in the control group were nursed with the traditional method, while the patients in the experimental group were received further nursing management based on the traditional nursing method. The nursing safety problems during the nursing process in the two groups were analyzed, and the effective resolving methods were put out. Results In this experiment, the total effective rate in the experimental group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(85%); The incidence of clinical safety problems in the control group was 20%, while that in the experimental group was only 7.5%, and the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion An appropriate clinical assessment for patients in department of cardiology, medical nursing of patients, adopting healthy nursing models suitable to patients in department of cardiology, and helping patients to develop good safety nursing behaviors, all of which can reduce the incidence of complications in patients after the treatment.关键词
