中医药治疗功能性便秘的基础研究进展
Progress of basic research on treatment of functional constipation with traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Functional constipation is a common disease with severe impact on human health and life quality. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has certain advantages in treatment of functional constipation.With the development of modern neural gastroenterology, we have made huge progress of basic research on TCM treatment of functional constipation.Based on literature analysis,the study summarized mechanisms on TCM treatment of functional constipation,such as regulating the enteric nervous system,affecting interstitial cells of Cajal,improving morphology and functions of smooth muscle,regulating the level of intestinal neurotransmitters and hormones. The study also put forward directions and suggestions for future researches.关键词
