Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuganjieyu capsule combined with mosapride citrate tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided randomly into the observation group(n=48) and control group (n=52).All patients in each group were given mosapride citrate tablets,the patients in the observation group were given Shuganjieyu capsule in addition to mosapride citrate tablets,the course of treatment was for 6 weeks.The therapeutic efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The general therapeutic efficacy in the observation group was superior to the control group(x2=82.317,P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),and symptoms was slight without interrupted treatment.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion Combination therapy of mosapride citrate tablets and Shuganjieyu capsule for functional dyspepsia can improve significantly therapeutic efficacy,reduces adverse reaction and recurrence rate,it is worthy to spread in clinic.关键词
