摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease. Methods 100 cases with hypertensive heart disease in our hospital were randomly assigned to observation group and control group,and 50 cases in each group,The observation group received oral administration of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide treatment, The control group received oral administration of valsartan treatment,observation the systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH),improvement of electrocardiogram and ultrasound heartbeat index after 16 weeks. Results The total efficiency of observation group (94.0%) is much higher than control group (70.0%)(P<0.05).The SBP, DBP, LVH and hypertensive of Left ventricular of two groups are much lower, but the observation group is much superior than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease can ease the heart function effectively,and the side effect is little,curative effect is remarkable, It is worthy of popularization and Application.关键词
