西酞普兰治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the Clinical effect of citalopram in treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods Sixty patients with post-stoke depression were randomly divided into study group(citalopram group) and the control group(doxepin group).Study group every morning 20mg oral citalopram.Control group oral doxepin 25mg three times a day. Both groups were taken for 4 weeks. Results The total effective for treatment of depression the study group is 93.3%,neurologic impairment of the total effective is 93.4%.The total effective for treatment of depression the control group is 56.7%,neurologic impairment of the total effective is 73.3%.A statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Citalopram can effectively alleviate the symptoms of post-stroke depression,neurologic recovery will be of great help and worth in clinical practice to further promote.关键词
