中医治疗癌因性疲乏的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on cancer-related fatigue. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (50 cases each). Patients in the treatment group were given TCM dialectical treatment plus a same treatment given to the control group. Two groups were evaluated fatigue and quality of life (QOL) at their enrollment and week 2. Results Cancer-related fatigue in the treatment group improved obviously. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant with respect to fatigue (P<0.05);Scores of QOL after treatment significantly differed from that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM can reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve the patient's QOL.关键词
