从门诊处方浅析我院不合理用药现状

Abstract
Objective To explore the irrational drugs use situation and improvement measures in outpatient department of our hospital in order to further standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment behavior. Methods 8326 prescriptions were randomly collected from outpatient department of our hospital in 2011 year. According to the manufacturer's instructions and document literature, detailed analysis of drug abuse was done by senior pharmacists, including harmful drug combinations, synergistic medications, biocompatibility, dosage, method of administration and improper drug selections. Results In all 8326 prescriptions collected,the rate of rational drugs use accounted for 97.2%, and the prescriptions including antimicrobial agents was 3240, accounting for 38.92%, and the prescriptions including irrational drugs use was 316, accounting for 3.8%. Conclusion Severe drug abuse exist in our hospital, so appropriate measures should be taken to resolve the situation and improve rational clinical drugs use.关键词
