象皮生肌膏治疗压疮的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the treatment effect of Xiangpishengji paste in the treatment of senile bedsore. Methods 52 patients with bedsore in our cadre sanatorium from January 2006 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 26 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with the Xiangpishengji paste therapy, while the patients in the control group were treated with gentamycin sulfate injection therapy.The cure rate and wound healing time of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The cure rate of patients in the observation group was 92.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.1%), P < 0.05. The wound healing time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiangpishengji paste in the treatment of bedsore has significant effect,high cure rate,and can significantly shorten the wound healing time.关键词
