Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dexamethasone combined with urokinase for treating tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 120 cases of tuberculous pleurisy were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the sequence level admission,both groups were adopted the chest placement of central venous catheter,and the control group were given dexamethasone,the treatment group were given dexamethasone combined with urokinase. Results The response rate of the treatment group and control group were 83.3%and 66.7% respectively,there was significant difference between groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the physical ratings,mental function,symptoms and side effects,social function scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dexamethasone combined with urokinase for treating tuberculous pleurisy has better effect,it can effectively improve the quality of life and has clinical value.关键词
