Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of characteristic education on health education of outpatient. Methods 80 outpatient of the Third People's Hospital of Xining City from Janurury 2012 to Janurury 2013 were selected and divided into research group and control group, each group had 40 cases. Control group was given routine health education, and research group was given characteristic education. The awareness rate of health education, compliance and satisfaction of two groups were observed and compared. Results There were significant differences on awareness rate of disease knowledge, nursing knowledge, diet knowledge, rehabilitation exercise knowledge and health knowledge between two group (P<0.05). There were significant differences on compliance rate of prescribed medication, active rehabilitation exercise, adhering to the principle of diet and self-protection awareness between two groups (P < 0.05). Satisfaction of research group was 95.0%, control group was 82.5%, there was significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Characteristic education is beneficial to improve the awareness rate of health education, compliance and satisfaction of outpatient.关键词
