摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of coagulation hemostasis under nasal endoscope to treate obstinte epitaxis patients. Methods Select 96 patients who were treated for obstinte epitaxis in our hospital from Jan 2011 to May 2012,and divided them into two groups randomly, the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated by routine nasal packing hemostasis,and the observation group were treated with coagulation hemostasis under nasal endoscope,and then the treatment effects were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than the control group and it has a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The value of application effect of using coagulation hemostasis nasal endoscope to treat obstinte epitaxis is higher ,it is worthy of promoting and using in clinic.关键词
