宫外孕腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 94 patients with the ectopic pregnancy treated in this hospital from August 2011 to July 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in group A received the laparotomy, while patients in group B received laparoscopy. Their operation time, intraoperative hematoma volume and hospitalization time were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with group A, patients in group B had less hematoma volume and shorter hospitalization time, with the statistical difference(P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the operation time of two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion The laparoscopy has advantages of satisfactory therapeutic effect, little operation trauma and rapid recovery, which is worthy to be popularized in the clinical practice.关键词
