Abstract
Objective To study the cause of the thalamus infarction. Methods Analysis of our hospital in March 2009 to April 2011 the clinical data of 60 patients in hospital, observe the patient's age, clinical features, imaging examination, and therapeutic effect. Results 46-65 to 65.0% of patients, high blood pressure is the main cause of atherosclerosis, the majority of patients in the first symptom is partial body feels obstacle, antiplatelet aggregation, improve circulation and nutrition nerve after treatment, most patients can be improved. Conclusion frequent thalamus infarction in the elderly, patients more with the lateral thalamus infarction, disease prognosis is good, after more than two months of treatment, basic can achieve improvement or recovery.关键词
