拉莫三嗪单药治疗新诊断小儿局限性癫痫41例疗效观察
Clinical effects of lamotrigine monotherapy for 41 cases focal epilepsy in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect and adverse reactions of lamotrigine for partial seizures epilepsy in children. Methods 41 cases partial seizures epileptic children were treated with lamotrigine monotherapy in 12 months,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment with lamotrigine respectively. Results The total effective rate was 92.68%,80.49% children were full controlled,and the partial control rate was 12.20%,the ineffective control rate was 4.88%,the adverse reactions rate was 9.51%. Conclusion Lamotrigine is a safe and effective medicine for treating partial seizures epilepsy in 2-12 years old children.关键词
