摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of esophageal cancer in Nanchong city and provide testimony for the later compositive strategy of prophylactic and treatment. Methods 3032 cases of esophageal cancer,which were diagnosed,were collected from 2005 ~ 2007,analysed its morbid feature and related risk factors. Results In 3032 cases of esophageal cancer,the sex ratio was 2.42∶1.Age of onset was mainly focused on 51~70 years old.Its cytological type was mainly squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion The morbidity of esophageal cancer maintains a high level in this district, the patients of exophageal cancer rose yearly,but its age has the trend of younger.These may be related to the local residents life habits,economic conditions and other factors. Compositive strategy of prophylactic and treatment must be taken.关键词
