Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of TCM in threatment of early diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group 45 cases. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and observation group were given Zishengujing cooling method.The efficacy, laboratory parameters before and after treatment, and adverse events were compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of control group was 68.89%, was significantly lower than the observation group(93.33%)(P < 0.05); There were statistical differences of FPG, 2hPG, Scr, GHbA1, UAER between two groups(P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions two groups were 15.56% and 13.33% respectively(P>0.05). Conclusion TCM Zishengujing cooling method in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy significant raise clinical efficacy.关键词
