摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT angiography and color Doppler ultrasound for aortic dissection. Methods 40 patients with aortic dissection confirmed by surgery in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2013 were selected,all patients were given preoperative multislice spiral CT angiography and transthoracic echocardiography,CT scan data was given multi-planar reconstruction,volume reconstruction in the processing workstation,diagnostic value of two methods were compared. Results The detection rate, classification accuracy of CT angiography was significantly higher than by transthoracic echocardiography, the difference was statistically significant.CT angiography in all patients clearly show true and false lumen of aortic dissection,rupture of the intimal flap and mouth parts,classification of aortic dissection was typeⅠin 14 cases,typeⅡin 4 cases,typeⅢin 22 cases. Conclusion By means of powerful post-processing techniques,Spiral CT angiography can quickly and accurately diagnose aortic dissection,and explicitly typing, its diagnostic accuracy is significantly higher than ultrasound,may be clinically preferred method of screening for aortic dissection .关键词
