摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate influence factors and countermeasures on quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods 69 nursing students were given one-one clinical nursing teaching.Influence factors and countermeasures on quality of clinical nursing teaching were analyzed. Results According to nursing students degree sequence of technical secondary school-junior college-undergraduate,comprehensive ability score of nursing students showed increasing trend. According to teacher professional title sequence of nurse-higher nurse-nurse in charge order,comprehensive ability score of nursing students showed increasing trend. By statistical analysis,difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing students in higher education and teacher in higher professional title,comprehensive ability scores of nursing students are higher.According to influence factors of quality of clinical nursing teaching,implement intervention measure can improve comprehensive ability of nursing students,which can also improve quality of clinical nursing teaching.关键词
