Abstract
With diabetes increasing year by year,hypoglycemic drugs are widely recognized and applied,excessive use of hypoglycemic drugs,there may be many side effects.Diabetic patients taking large doses of metformin (glucophage),glimepiride(amaryl),pioglitazone(yiting) after acute renal failure,lactic acidosis,gastrointestinal bleeding,cerebral edema,respiratory failure and a series of complications,according to the characteristics and complications of drug positive blood purification therapy and other select rescue measures,successfully saved the lives of patients,are reported in the following cases.关键词
