Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing care of total knee replacement surgery. Methods Review and sum up the nursing experience of the first case done total knee replacement surgery,such as preoperative psychological care;postoperative rehabilitation.Care of the drainage tube and incision.Prevention of infection and venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Functional exercise guidance. Results The patient had good functional recovery and without any complications. Conclusion Appropriate nursing care is important to the total knee replacement surgery,which can promote functional recovery of knee and improve life quaulity of patient.关键词
