Abstract
Objective To study and discuss the value of dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG) for diagnosis of silent myocardial ischemia. Methods 112 patients with silent myocardial ischemia admitted and treated in our hospital from Oct. 2012 to Nov. 2013 were selected in the study. A retrospective analysis was conducted on their cases files for study and analysis. Results 79 patients (70.5%) met the standards of ST segment depression of myocardial ischemic attack. In total, 362 ischemic ST-T changes occurred to the 79 patients. Symptomatic myocardial ischemia had significantly lower incidence rate than silent myocardial ischemia, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion During clinical treatment of silent myocardial ischemia, dynamic ECG has excellent diagnostic effects. Dynamic ECG is a good examination method and plays an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease, which is worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
