Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of community comprehensive prevention and control measures on hypertension control rates,blood pressure levels and behaviors. Methods Comprehensive intervention measures were implemented in 650 patients with hypertension in some community of Shunhe Hui District in Kaifeng.The changes in the control rate of blood pressure,blood pressure rate and behavior were compared prior to and after intervention. Results After implementing the comprehensive intervention measures,the control rate of blood pressure increased from 18.77% to 41.07%(P < 0.05), the blood pressure levels decreased(P < 0.05) and the proportion of patients with unhealthy lifestyle such as overeating,smoking, lack of physical activity,unbalanced diet decreased(P < 0.05). Conclusion Standardization management of hypertension in community health service centers is very effective in improving the blood pressure control rate of patients.关键词
