摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of quality care for pediatric nurse-patient relationship work. Methods 380 cases from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group had 190 cases.The control group were given routine care;the experimental group were given quality care.Nursing job satisfaction of patients and their families were compared. Results Children and their families an average satisfaction of experimental group and control group were 161 cases(84.7%) and 96 cases(50.5%),there was significant different between the two groups (P < 0.05). The average quality of care assessment scores of experimental group and control group were (94.1±1.7) points and (86.4 ±2.3) points,there was significant different between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion To carry out quality care in pediatric care can significantly improve satisfaction with nursing work,and improve the quality of care.It is worthy of widely application.关键词
