摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia on blood glucose test results , and improve the accuracy of these children's blood glucose test. Methods The venous blood samples were drawn from two groups of patients at 6:00a.m,and were divided into two groups(A,B).Centrifuged the blood samples for ten minutes by 3000r per minute,separated serum,and measured glucose levels,specified a clinical laboratory person who had a rich expericence to complete the two groups'blood glucose test. Recorded the glucose assay test results of control group,study group A and study group B,and analyzed the results. Results Before clearing bilirubin, there were signal differences (P<0.05)between study group A and study group B in blood glucose test by GOD-POD method.But there was no difference (P>0.05)between study group A and study group B in blood glucose test by HK method.Before and after clearing bilirubin,there was no difference(P>0.05)between study group(A,B)and control group in blood glucose test by HK method. Conclusion Using the HK method to test the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia patients' blood glucose level can help doctor gain the accurate result and help doctor to diagnose whether children have hypoglycemia or other complications,and also children can obtain the correct treatment,so It is worth promoting in clinical.关键词
